About Me

Passionate digital professional. I like working with enthusiastic people who care. I find meaning in our journey towards making the world a better place, one website at a time

Workwise, SaaS & Customer Success have been my home for the last 8 years. I enjoy how this practice acts from a place of conviction, always believing that with the right support, all customers can be successful. I lead teams towards a shared purpose, building a safe and demanding environment. I assume the best intentions in my peers. My default thinking mode is believing we have what it takes to make it happen. Precision and efficiency matter equally to me. And I'm really bad at anything I don't understand fully

Interests

A non exhaustive list of my fields of interests. Writing & thinking about those daily. Read more on the blog

Japanese culture

After an eyes-opening long stay in the country, I've been fortunate to learn how to speak and write Japanese. I'm on a continuous journey to explore and make sense of the value systems that define our cultures, and how this reflects in our daily choices and driving what is deemed popular or common sense.

Websites

I've started learning web development more than 10y ago. I enjoy the short feedback loop of coding and seeing the webpage live. Anything seems possible to me, until I tried using vertical alignment or learning backend deployment. I'm not a good level, but I know a lot how to run a successful digital organisation. Wannabe expert on how to make the web faster, greener and more accessible at the moment.

Business

At the macro or micro level, I'm fascinated by how a group of loosely coordinated interests end up building some of the worlds most impressive human organisations and products. I enjoy diving into the ingredients that make this magic happen.

Learning

That's how I get so many items on this list. If I don't get it, I want to understand. This curiosity has driven me to learn the most useless skills, ranging from memorizing the order of a deck of cards to playing the piano, the best statistical models to apply for AB testings and two CSS frameworks for reasons. And of course, I obviously love learning about learning, and all the science of education.

Data & Numbers

For some reason, math has stuck with me for all these years. I like data, I love data provided with indication of sample size and confidence interval.

Game Design

Why are games fun? Why are some games funnier than other? Why do our tastes for games evolve other times? I don't have the answers, but I sure do love playing games and analyzing them to the core
